How about following the Catalyst Leader goals for 2009. If you don’t have a plan right now, follow ours, at least until you figure yours out. We Gaurantee that if you do these things, you’ll have some good memories and will have accomplished some great things this year.

GOAL 1 for 2009:

JANUARY GOAL: Get in a group!
Catalyst leaders are “Intentional about Community”. You need a small clutch of 2 or 3 guys/girls around you to
- share your sins and struggles
- share your joys, hopes and fears
- pray for you, and you for them
- to help you grow, point out your weaknesses, encourage your strengths
- to help you accomplish the rest of your goals!!

If you haven’t already, find a couple three people around you that you can go deep with, that you care about, that care about you, and that want to accomplish goals this year!

Easy Goal 1:
TODAY! - brainstorm a list of several (10 or more) people that might be interested in starting a goals group. Similar interests and passions will be helpful.
THIS WEEK! - call those people, find some that are interested.
