Yesterday we had the chance to hear from Cal Jernigan from Central Christian Church in Mesa, AZ.  He shared about lessons learned during his early years as a new Senior Pastor in a large church.  One of the most compelling characteristics of Cal and Central Christian Church is the healthy culture between their staff and elders.  Cal took some time to share more about this culture and offers very practical insight on the leadership dynamic most often experienced behind closed doors.  How do you minimize suspicion and maximize trust?
