Huge thanks to Bob and Robin Christian for letting me crash with them here in Evanston, IL...good people and great friends!  It's late and I am staring at notes, pictures, and videos from a full day of meetings with leaders across Chicago...and when I say "across" Chicago, I mean from one part of the city to the next.

I started in downtown Chicago, headed to Barrington, traveled further west to Rockford, back to Schaumberg, and then finally back here to Evanston.  It's another late night and rather than try to cram EVERYTHING in on one post right now I am going to highlight the rest of the Chicago trip over the next several days.  I will say this about today, it was amazing.  Thanks to the crew at Park Community Church, Darren Whitehead at Willow Creek, the staff at Heartland, and my boys at Weber Grill for making today so memorable...more details about all that soon!  (check out pics from today below)

Tim Stevens & Kem Meyer - Granger Community Church
Last night I had dinner with Tim Stevens and Kem Meyer from Granger Community Church in Granger, IN.  Tim is the Exective Pastor and Kem is the Communications Director for what has become an incredibly influential church with a leadership culture that attracts and develops high level leaders.  I asked Tim and Kem how that kind of culture is created...here is another raw, simple, and hopefully encouraging video interview thrown together in Tim's office after dinner...
