Craig G. on Seat Turns

March 26, 2008

Craig Groeschel has distinguished himself for being very open, honest and authentic about issues pastors face. In this blog post, Craig talks about using "Seat Turns" - rather than attendance - to measure your impact.

"Honoring God with a wise use of resources is very important to me. Because of this value, we have never tried to build (or purchase) large buildings so we could have everyone in one (or two) experiences. Instead, we consider our use of a building more successful if we are using it five, or six, or seven times on a weekend (as opposed to once or twice.)"
