Ok, so we didn't go dancing...but we did host a party at Margaret Feinberg's home in Morrison, CO highlighting a non-profit organization, Come Let’s Dance. Margaret and her husband, Leif, have become good friends of the Catalyst team, and I have had an absolute blast getting to know them over the course of this past year.
We talked to Margaret & Leif about how we could encourage local church leaders in the Denver area and give them a night that wouldn't requre anything FROM them...rather, a night where they could come together, enjoy some good food, and break away from the craziness of life.
Both Margaret & Leif were really excited about opening their home, offering their AMAZING culinary skills, and sharing the vision of Come Let's Dance to friends across the front range. It was a great night...and did I mention, the food? it was absolutely incredible - great job Leif!
Shane Gilbert, close friend of Margaret & Leif, started Come Let's Dance in 2006 as a "grassroots organization dedicated to empower African youth to initiate positive social and economic change in their own lives and communities. Orphans and street kids in Uganda are the future mothers, fathers, leaders, and role models of African society and our hope is to play our small part in breaking the poverty and orphan cycle."

Huge thanks to Margaret & Leif for taking so much of their time and investing it back into the lives of leaders in the Denver area...who knows, maybe next time we can get the Vanagon out there! :) Catalyst West is 4 weeks away...hope to see you there!
