Last Friday I packed my bags, waved goodbye to the Catlyst Offices and started the journey west...to Orange County.  April 22nd will be here before you know it and my job is to help set the stage for what we hope will be the greatest leadership event to hit Southern California!  I spent the weekend in Franklin, TN and last night rolled into Conway, AR.  Jason and Ashely Kimbrow were amazing "Natural State" hosts and inspired some great conversation into the wee hours of the night...their little guy, Mcallister (4 months old) was a fun addition to the conversation (although I could only make out loud shrieks and huge smiles)

Here is a picture I took from the road this weekend - this was the remnant from one of the best sunsets I've seen in a long time.  Who knew TN could have such a beautiful horizon?!  Will be in Dallas for the next couple days, then off to Boulder, CO for the weekend, Las Vegas early next week, and then arriving into Orange County around Nov 14th.  Can't wait...
