During our time in Washington D.C. Justin and I had the chance to sit down with Joshua Harris, Senior Pastor at Covenant Life Church, and two guys from his leadership team - Dave Brewer & Isaac Hydoski.  You might remember Joshua as author of "I Kissed Dating Goodbye," a book published 13 years ago that still sparks immediate responses on twitter and facebook!  We heard some great stories & had some good laughs about his journey from author to pastor, and Joshua sat down with us for an interview after dinner while we were hanging out at Starbucks.

Joshua, Dave, & Isaac are humble guys with a simple heart to lead their church...it was so refreshing to just sit and hang out with them.  Here are a couple of things Joshua said that I find myself still chewing on...

• "If you sit and watch a plant grow hoping to see fruit you're going to get discouraged...you're going to feel like nothing's happening!"
• "The thing I'm learning right now is that even though I may not be able to measure everything that's happening I just need to be faithful."
