What a great day! Huge thanks to Gary Strudler for hosting a round table discussion with some of the staff at Rolling Hills Community Church...loved learning from their team as they walk into a new season as a church - new pastor and renewed vision. 

This afternoon I had the chance to join Jim Gray and ~20 local leaders from the Portland area for a National Tour Tweetup sponsored by Chipotle!  Honest conversations like this are needed among leaders in the church...it was refreshing to hear what people are experiencing as they stand point for their churches and communities.  We asked them, "if you were leading the charge at Catalyst, what would you do for leaders in the church today?"  It was a fun and enlightening to hear the responses...

The day was capped with a great dinner at McMenamins Kennedy School, a former elementary school turned pub/theater/hotel/all things amazing.  Such a fun night...
