A leader's life is by definition social.  We need others around us to finish well as a leader.  If you have ever wondered what together feels like, what it sounds like, and what a lasting impression it can have on a life like yours, join the community of Catalyst.   The ultimate power of the Catalyst community arises from the stories of those who stand on the poineering edge of leadership.  The Catalyst movement is even greater than the messages of speakers on stage - it is the wisdom and experience that come from Catalysts all over the country who are making a difference in their communities.  Catalyst is personal; it is your story.  This movement is more than what.  It's who. It's you.

Catalyst leaders are intentional about community.  We see the Catalyst community as family, and the Catalyst experience is, in many ways, a family reunion.  We know that learning is often best done among peers, together.  As we grow together each year, it's important to develop places where next generation leaders can connect their passions, convictions, and ideas with other Catalyst leaders throughout the country and around the world.

Catalyst Concierge
If you’re bringing a group to a Catalyst event, we want to be in touch with you throughout the year. Our Concierge team sends regular updates from the Catalyst world including speaker lineups, lab sessions, new content, and Catalyst news. They want to help resource your group as you prepare for the Catalyst conference, so e-mail your Concierge and ask to be added to their update list.

Catalyst brings you what’s next in small group studies. A collection of writings with an innovative magazine design, GroupZines are a tool to help facilitate engaging discussion and powerful teaching opportunities.
