Leadership development—true, effective, and long-term leaderhsip development—hinges on variables as numerous and diverse as the leaders themselves. And educated, albeit brief, summary of hte 4 major group sizes and learning environments are as follows...
Intimate SpaceThe Catalyst movement has gained a platform of influence in creating "public space" experiences for leaders around the world...and the result has been phenomenal. Relationships are the fertile soil of ongoing leadership development.
