If you have a burden of feeling like you have not accomplished enough, God wants to set you free from that. Jesus wants you to simply enjoy the place that you are at and the work that is in front of you.

People need you when things are not going well. It’s easy to lead when things are going well, but your people need you the most is after tough games.

Somehow the idea of confession and repentance has become negative. It seems like the longer we are Christians, the more we think you shouldn’t be confessing things. The problem is, well… the Bible.

Right now you are either on your way into an interruption or on your way out of an interruption because that is the nature of God. When God interrupts our life and gives us a specific direction, will we go?

Momentum is created; it does not randomly occur. And it requires our best efforts.

I remember sitting in chapel, and a minister told me, “When God wants to do an impossible task, he takes an impossible person and crushes him.”

A culture characterized by trust attracts healthy people. You will never know who you can trust until you trust them. Trusting is risky. Refusing to trust is riskier.

Not only was this a great year of inspiring content, powerful moments of worship, and unprecedented experiences, but it was also a chance for Catalyst to leverage the power of 13,000 + leaders gathered together for truly living out what it means to be a Catalyst.  Wanted to highlight a few things that stood out.
