1. What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is the online syndication of content programs through Real Simple Syndication (RSS) data feeds. Typically podcasts take the form of online series, consisting of episodes. You can subscribe to podcast series and have the episodes automatically delivered to you. In plain English, podcasts are mini-online radio shows that bring you incredible content for FREE on a regular basis.

2. How do I subscribe to the Catalyst Podcast?
Subscribing to our Podcast is easy: You’ll need to download an aggregator tool that will automatically check our site for new content whenever a new Podcast becomes available. If you use iTunes, you can find us by searching for “Catalyst” within the iTunes Podcast Directory. If you don’t want to use iTunes, we recommend that you use iPodder, but you are free to use the software of your choice. Once you have downloaded and installed the software, simply cut and paste the following URL into your Podcast application:

This URL will allow the application to check our site regularly and download new episodes when they are published.

3. Can I listen to the Catalyst podcast without subscribing?
Yes. For those of you not quite on the podcast train or unable to download content regularly, you may feel free to bookmark this page & return each month to hear the latest episode.

4. Do I need to download software to my computer to subscribe to the Catalyst podcast?
Without an aggregator tool such as iTunes or iPodder, you won’t know when new Podcasts are available. The aggregator will periodically check to see when there are new MP3 files available. If you decide not to download the software, you will only be able to download current episodes by visiting this page.

5. Do I need a portable digital audio player to listen to the Catalyst podcast?
No, you can listen to our Podcasts directly on your computer without uploading them to a portable digital audio player.
