Session 1 :: Andy Stanley
+The more successful you are the less accessible you will become.
-It's impossible to be fully present with everyone, as much as a pastor may want to be.
+Sometimes people use their success to become more inaccessible than necessary.
-Do for one what you wish you could do for everyone.
+Go deep rather than wide. Go long-term rather than short-term. Go time, not just money.

+Greatness is not a function of circumstances, it's in how you respond to circumstances.

-The greater the chaos, the more discipline required.
+You have to be prepared for what you can't predict.

Session 3 :: Joel Houston
+When you are out of your comfort zone God can do what only He can do.
-For us to be called His disciples, we have to die to ourselves daily, pick up our cross and follow Him.
+Despite our best intentions, programs, and messages we become more consumed with trying to impress other people and to impress God.
-It's hard to impress God, He's already outrageously in love with us.
+Jesus came into the world to perfect imperfect people like you and me.

+God doesn't tell us to care for the less fortunate, He demands it.
-Being present means hearing God in the present.
+As we step out in faith, He's right there to meet us with the grace, strength, and courage that we need.
-Adoption is a redemptive response to tragedy.
+Courage isn't about knowing the path, it's about taking the first step. Say yes to God.

Session 4 :: Dave Ramsey
+People matter - In the middle of a transactional culture, you need to be intentionally relational.
-A culture of excellence matters - We do not have a choice as Christians.
+Slow and steady matters - In the tortoise and the hare story...the tortoise always wins.
-Money matters - Don't advance your army past your supply line.
+A higher calling matters - You have to care deeply about the "Why?"

+"There's nothing worse than having a conversation with someone who is not present."
-Right now, if God decided to make His presence known, isn't that all that would matter?

Session 7 :: Blake Mycoskie
+We all want our lives to be significant.
+He saw a need and wanted to help meet it in a sustainable way.
-It would have been easy to start and wait until the business profitable before they gave, but they kept the idea of giving central to their core from the beginning
+Leading a community and movement of diverse people is challenging.
-You can be doing a lot of good stuff for the world and still not be present.

Session 8 :: Cornel West
+It takes tenacious audacity to lead a church in today's world.
-Church leaders are the glue that holds society together today.
+Love is about going on the offensive
-We have to be true to the love that's been given us and true to the gift of grace that we receive.
+The benchmark for me of a Christian pastor is the recognition that this world is not your home.
-Jesus is love... it's unconditional, unapologetic and unequivocal.
+You are a part of the Kingdom activity in time and space.

Session 9 :: David Kinnaman
+We are one of the most protected, sheltered generations.
-They don't see people in their churches taking the kinds of risks that they read about in Scripture.
+We're losing young artist, musicians and designers - they want to engage the world and engage culture but don't feel we are allowing them to express their God-given creativity in broad culture.
-Knowing this information helps us rethink and understand people's spiritual journeys.
+The world needs the church that this generation is capable of creating.

+Our eyes, as believers, can be opened to God's activity even in the midst of our discouragement.
-The pinacle of our Christian experience is when we take everything we've learned and it's mattered on the pavement of our everyday lives.
+God has gone before us so we can walk in the future He has for us.
-May we seek the face and the glory of God and be fully present, not for our own glory but for the glory of our great God!

Session 10 :: Andy Stanley
+Try to do for the next generation of church leaders what the previous generation of church leaders has not done for you.
-We need to hand off the local church in better condition than it was handed to us.
+Apprenticing - selecting, modeling, and coaching for the purpose of replacing yourself.
-We need to pour into them, not because they may someday have our job, but because someday they will carry that same responsibility.
+You're not there to fill people's cup, you're there to empty yours.
-Success is ultimately measured by whether or not you leave your responsibilities in capable hands.
+Let's hand off the church better off than it was handed to us to others who can do it better than us.
